Super Jordie!

I am constantly amazed and impressed by my husband and how creative he is. On Sunday, we went over to his sister's house for her little girl's first birthday. It was his idea to make her a cape for her special day. He did the entire thing by himself (all I did was make the J part) and here are some hilarious shots from the night.

Jordie wasn't so sure...

She was sad about the cape. We think she thought it was a bib.

Later on she adjusted to the idea of wearing it in her new special orange chair and her juice cup.

Her big sister, Taylor got ahold of it and wanted to show off for the camera. This picture is really bad but if you could see it better you would see her making the BEST expression you've ever seen. She's just striking a pose in the cutest way! At least one of them was a fan of the home-made gift. We know Jordie will like it when she gets over the fear that it's a giant bib. :)
